Job Description
ByteBrands is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across our brands. This role is suited for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails and respond to client enquiries
- Organise documents, files, and company records
- Assist with invoicing, quotations, and basic admin tasks
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Follow up with clients and internal teams
- Capture and update data accurately
- Provide general administrative support across departments
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Reliable internet connection
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous
Preferred Skills
- Experience with remote work
- Basic understanding of business operations
- Familiarity with digital tools or social media
